I don't see the point. Lugging these larger notebooks are dumb. Just by a pc and a smaller notebook.

Agreed, even 17" laptops are overkill. 15.4" is the perfect balance for a multi-purpose laptop.

i bought my sister a 15.4" laptop and it's too large for my liking - desk top replacement more like it heh

probably 12-13.3" is more ideal for portables

then again my fav ultra portable laptop site http://www.dynamism.com/ :)

That is definately hot, but my laptop with the 15.4" widescreen weighs too much as it is.
