memory timings guide?

hey guys,

I just got some new memory OCZ EL DDR500 Platinum rev2. I want to learn more about timings and such. I had a guide link but lost it. Told me about UTT memory TCCD memory, etc. I would like to know about turning cas latency, tras , and stuff. Any reputable links you guys recommend? thanks in advance.
