Pci bus speed is currently running at 38mhz, factory specs are 33. The agp is running at 76mhz, factory specs are 66. The factory specs are set at that based on running the your cpu at 100mhz. As you raise your fsb, you're also raising those too. The agp runs at 2/3 of your fsb, and the pci runs at 1/3 the fsb. The higher you push your cpu, the more out of spec you take those areas. At a certain point, you either have to lock the agp/pci or reduce their dividers. Depending on your mobo. More than likely that old of a board won't have all those features because the manufacturers didn't cater as much to the o/cer back then as they do now. Try reading your manual to see if you do have the ability to modify those settings.
