temp CPU: 25°C! :D

You must get more out it with that temp. Maybe more Vcore if it's possible ?
What is the FSB? Cant't see it ;)
What kind of cooler you use?

the computer was on the balcony! and the vCore is to 1,8 V

And you can't get more then 2586MHz?
That's not really impressive :stick:

Depending on the date of the proc it could be pretty nice. I hit 33.9 or so at 253x10...highest mine could go on cold air. Of course back when I had that proc, I matched what plenty had on phase...times change and so do the clocks.

You should probably look into getting some better RAM.

I would have to try! as soon as the cold returns

between much time I would not have to change ram

freq ram?

Gautam

255MHz 3-2-2-1.5.

@madman: I've never owned a C0, but had a very early CG back from when most still had C0's, which is what I was talking about earlier.

http://home.comcast.net/~gautamb/3200pi.JPG

Ancient nForce3 150 board (remember those)? Good times...probably could've done 2.6+ in the DFI.

Week on this puppy is 0405, nearly two years old. The C0's sometimes ended up below this on single stage. :p:

I do. :)

Ancient C0 revision (one of the very first S754ClawHammers) and an ancient Shuttle AN50R.

Very nice. Must have been quite a lucky one. Most didn't seem to hit 2.4 on air regardless...remember quite a few maxing out below 2.7 on phase. Nicely volted too, I like that. :)

how did you raise the multi to 13x with that +3000?

Gautam
10-25-2005, 07:09 PM
I don't see any one using a 13x multi...

Btw, backbone, I'd say something is up with your score...should be quite a bit faster.

look at the top picture that I quoted...it doesnt look like 9 to me...if it isn't a 13 then it looks like a 10 on the CPU Z screen shot

Gautam

Double click the picture to expand it to full-size, heh. It's 10x253.9 in the first one and 9x300 in the second.

I use a memory devider becouse my memory hate Clawhammers's mem.controlers.
This stepping is for FX :) - but I can't change multi :)

dude, don't be such a jerk, these chips don't o/c like the new venices and fx's i think it's pretty decent o/c but the pi time is off a bit try to tighten your timings a little

it was a 10* multi cuz the 512 cache, lower cache, amd raises the multi to compensate

He probably never have had one, the ones who do know how hard 2,5GHz+ was to get with these.

Saying it's not impressive is a bit harsh, unless you've owned one up to 2.6GHz or higher on air or water.

Spi time is bad because of RAM speed/ timings.

I still use a very old one -

http://www.0wned.org.uk/pics/clean-cpu.jpg

On air (Zalman 7000 AlCu) never really got stable above 2.3 G on stock volts; now under DD TDX waterblock, it'll do 2.45 G at 1.675v but not 2.5 at 1.725v. I run it at 2.4 G and 1.65v, it idles at 30C and primes at around 41 - 42. Mind you, it's bog standard Crucial DDR400 3-3-3-8 memory.

Bear in mind that the only other desktop 64 bit chips at the time were the FX. These first A64s were hot chips; the fact they oc at all is pretty wild.

Edit: my 1st post btw, hi everyone o/ and congrats burn88, that's a nice one.
