I can get pc stable at 2.7 gig @ 1.53 vcore. My RAM is rock stable all the way to 300MHz. But I can't get it stable at 2.8 gig (280x10). I tried Vcore up to 1.65, I will try 1.7 but before I do that, I wonder if there is other setting I need to change.

it's possible that your 3800 hit the wall, I had one under a single stage phase change and it would not do anything higher than 2.9Ghz regardless what vcore.

manchester, 0532
So far I haven't seen a single great OC chip that's 053X.
at 1.66 vcore, Pi 32M failed at 15th iteration. That's better than at 1.64, Pi 32M failed before 2nd iteration.
at 1.68, it failed before 2nd iteration, arrr....

You just hit the wall with your processor...I have also an 0532 and can get stable at 2,7ghz with 1,66V...under water but I`m not keeping it at such a high voltage for 24/7! I`m now at 2,6ghz with 1,552V and I`m happy...have expected sth more but unfortunately... :slapass: I think 32 week is one of the worst, but this is just mine oppinion...
