My "upgrade"

Ok so I've decided I'm gonna get a scythe ninja HSF, a couple panafalo (or whatever its called) fans for my HSF and case and RAM, and some sleeving. Is this a good "upgrade". I also might get a NVsilencer for my 7800GT. Oh and of course AS5. How should I mount the fan to cool the RAM? Should I just tape it to the side panel over the RAM? Will this be good enough cooling for overclocking? I still havent put it on my sig, but my rig is:

Seems like you've got some good stuff coming.

2.6 should be easy if as long as your processor doesnt suck :)
