1 attempt at over 250 on this set of ram. Highst voltage option on my board it 2.8.

The timings are pretty darn loose. Might help keeping the Mhz lower but with tighter timings. Those are DDR2 timings , higher clocks wont help much with such loose timings. Try 300 mhz with 2.5-3-3-7 or 2.5-4-3-7 or 2.5-4-4-8 .
