As most of you already know, Samsung has started providing the TCCD chips again due the huge demand. This affects greatly to our XP3200 and XP4400 modules which earlier used TCC5 chips. We have been shipping XP3200 and XP4400 modules for month now with TCCD chips on BrainPower PCB.

Woot! I think my new 2x512 XP3200 "991357" may be TCCD :D Its really great sticks, which is doing 270MHz 2.5-3-3-7 with only 2.5v :D And thats where my memory controller stops, so I guess there could be a lot more in them. I will surely recommend them to others! :D
