They finally arrived this afternoon.
The first thing I noticed is both of the original packaging was cut on the top aparently they were opened after the initial packaging. The items look unused though. Everything on the package says rev.2 except a sticker stating that it's in fact rev3.. So, I'm thinking they were rev2s, which were converted into rev3's on the spot probably by the folks at FrozenCPU.com.
Here's the important thing. IT WON'T WORK WITH ASUS AN8 SLI PREMIUM MOBO!!! You can only use it on the top PCI-e slot since the bottom one will be obstructed by sata cables (Stand by for the pictures). So I was able to try it only on one of my cards.
Another important thing: IT DIDN'T HELP TEMPS AT ALL!!!. But the weird (and somewhat) funny thing is the temps on the bottom card went down like 5-6C since the top card doesn't blow hot air on top of the bottom card. I'm definately sending one of them back but, I have mixed feeling about the other one.
