I have 2 x 512mb BH-5 and i need to get T1 stable.

DFI NF3 Ultra-D
2 x 512mb BH-5 + DDR booster
600 watt enermax
X2 3800+ @ 2.85

with the 166 divider my RAM runs at 237mhz (2-2-2-5) T2 with 3.2 volts, but i want it to run with T1. are there any settings that i could change so that i can achieve my goal, and raising the voltage does not help here.

Thanks.

You could try an Idle Cycle Limit of 256 and also a Tref of 0648 in the Bios which is which is 166mhz 15.6us in the tweaker

Trc to 7, Twr to 2, Twcl to 2, everything else looks alright.

Whats probably hurting you the most are the Trfc at 12, should be at 15 or 16 usually for 2x512. Increase your Read Preamable to 7 or 7.5. The other suggestions should help you too.

Provided those all go well, increase R/W Queue Bypass to 16x Bypass Max to 7x for some more performance.

Trfc at <14 won't work with UTT, but with old-school BH-5/6 I've found that 12 works best.

Ah, figured he had UTT for some reason, my mistake. I used 11 personally, but I had just 2x256. :-/
