Getting a nice new Intel Pentium D 820, and looking for a good overclocking motherboard and DDR2 memory.

what i was looking at for the memory is: OCZ DDR2-4200 (http://www.monarchcomputer.com/Merchant2/merchant.mv?Screen=PROD&Store_Code=M&Product_Code=140388&Category_Code=OCZ_DDR2)

and for the motherboard: Asus 955x (http://www.monarchcomputer.com/Merchant2/merchant.mv?Screen=PROD&Store_Code=M&Product_Code=110517&Category_Code=imb_775)

what would yall say?

please help this is the first intel system i will ever really use since my Celeron 600.

This will also be the first intel overclocking experience i will have.

P5WD2 is a very nice oc'ig board so u can't go wrong with it. As for the mem i can't comment on what to buy cause i for the first time decided not to invest a huge amount of $$ to top of the line mem so i found a best price/performance mem. I got a pair of 1gb Transcend DDR-2 pc4200 modules and i'm very glad to have them running @ 780mhz 4-4-4-11. What more can a man ask from 110$ per 1gb stick?! :D
