View Full Version : Anyone tested new P4GD1 bios 1006 and 1007.002?

Anyone has tested these new bios versions? Does someone know if they add multiplier changing in bios?

Here are the links if anyone wants to test them:

1007.002 labeled latest beta bios:

WTF ??? I read the readme.txt file and all i found is :

1.Change fan speed limit.

After all this time , is this the only change ??? :confused:

The best would be to take some bios screens of current 1006 beta and compare against 1006 final and 1007beta. Also compare if any of the two new bios yield better overclocks. I can't currently test, exams next week.

Does it support Dothans ? I've heard people complaining about not been able to boot with Dothan and 1007beta bios .

1007.002 does not recognise dothan.Asus support always was pretty lame.

WTF??? how can they release a bios that disables dothan support??? What the heck are they thinking when they release a beta like that?
