i just wanted to let you know about the Mafia's Kitten Killing Milestone Schedule

right now you have 450000 candidates, and we have about 100000 candidates. whenever the Mafia gets within:

300,000 candidates= kittens will be made into cement statues and sold for profit
250,000 candidates= kittens will be suffocated
200,000 candidates= we will test to see if kittens always land on their feet, except we will drop them from an airplane.
150,000 candidates= bring out the table saw, and chop them into little pieces
100,000 candidates= cook them in the oven, or on the grill.
50,000 candidates= drag a 1 mile long chain of kittens behind our Limo.
The Day we Pass You= we hijack a tank and use kittens as ammunition.

Dont forget that Im running Dimes alongside D2OL no problems. My biggest problem was moving house and losing the farm. I was capable of around a 1000 cands a day on a good day with everything powered up. Soon just hitting 400 will be a bonus.

Dimes is a great secondary project.

Though the subteams have already gotten us 10K over our previous daily and before the end of the year, 50k per day shouldn't be a problem - it'll be easier with you around though ;)

As for the competition, The Collective and The Mafia always seem to be within 50 cands of each (proof that every cand counts :up: ) though LBM is consistently laggin the last few hours...now unless they have a big surprsie around 11'o clock-ish, this could become a pretty tight race. :D

EDIT: Looks like LBM just dropped out...Hmmm..Rod you want in :D :D :D

@ sticking around... I never left! Just been busy in the real world. I'll try to be around more... First things first... I need to get the farm up and slaying kittens again.

@ not being around... I'll be 100% honest and straight forward... the biggest reason is politics. Not on the D2OL side... but with the administration. No secret really. XS was my fun place to go. I would spend time on here and it was fun. Then the political beasties started popping up all over the damn place and it just got less fun. Working 2 and 3 jobs at times I don't have a lot of free time... and it was starting to get hard making 20+ post a day here when it just wasn't as fun as it used to be. Don't get me wrong... I love XS and everyone here (Except for shmaa :stick: ) I just have a really low tolerance for politics and similar BS... BUT! I realize that politics are what make this site run. No one can be faulted for it. As long as people are free thinking animals... there will always be differing opinions... so there will always be politics! It's a necessary evil. I'm not "upset" with anyone on XS... just the general feel and atmosphere some situations have created. To sum it all up... It's hard to have to deal with politics at work, then having to sit down at home and worry about taxes and bills, then having to worry about getting the car fixed, then worrying who's pissed because you haven called in a week, and all of the other real life stuff we all have to deal with. Then to have to come around and deal with more stuff here... You get my point.

I'll be around more.

I believe that picture was in the Wamps section, Rod. I removed the image, locked the thread, and banned the forum member who posted it. Despite all this, I think it was already too late. There was something like 1,337 page views when I got to it.
