I wonder what the "newer" samsung TCCD chips are like? I RMAd my pair of 512's
and are getting a new pair this week. My chips on my previous ones were 437, I know 440 is newer but is there any else? Good overclockers? I had to whip my pair with 3.1V to get it stable at 300 @ 2.5-4-3-7 1T, isn't that a little high? Anyway please write the manufacturing date of the samsung modules + highest stable + timings + voltage... Would really appreciate it!
