does the bios load at all. If so, if you can get into it you should just reset to defaults. Otherwise try to reset your jumpers. Check your manual for location. Also does your board have any error logging lights or sounds. those will also help.

See if resetting your bios fixes it. If not, there should be some sort of indication of what is not starting durring loading. You will hear a series of beeps, or lights on the back of your board. Otherwise you need to test all your components.

Clear the CMOS for a few minutes and then try again. Most likely you overclocked too high so the system is unable to POST now, you need to force the BIOS to forget that overclock.
Remember, when overclocking, do it a little at a time - don't try and bump it up 500MHz or so in one shot, or you get problems like this!

Swap the clear CMOS jumper to "reset" and leave it that way for a while. Watch a show or go jump off a bridge. Come back and put it back to the default setting. Try again. If that doesn't work put the jumper back to reset and physically remove the battery from the motherboard. After you watch a show or jump from a bridge put the battery back in and swap the jumper back to the default setting.

I'd try putting the duron in it, it might force the board to reset if its still good.
