Hi,
I wonder there is a chip 'NCP5424' at bottom side of the card, could you verify code ? Datasheet can be found here:
http://www.onsemi.com/pub/Collateral/NCP5424-D.PDF
Please take a look figure below:
http://img161.imageshack.us/img161/7735/palit6600gtagpscanback7iwedit0.th.jpg (http://img161.imageshack.us/my.php?image=palit6600gtagpscanback7iwedit0.jpg)
If that is really is 'NCP5424' it can provide two different output voltages, and the feedback nodes are marked 'red' to that figure. Could you measure (carefully!) voltages of those nodes (you can get GND e.g. from molex) ? You could also measure 'green' to be sure about orientation of the chip, since that should be 'VCC' =12 V (or 5V).

YES IT IS THE NCP 5452
I WILL MESSUREE THEM AND POST THE RESULT TOMOROW

REALY THANKS FOR HELP :p
HERE IS OTHER CHIP
http://img488.imageshack.us/img488/93/palit6600gtagpscanback7iw4yp.jpg
1) 1575 POQY
2)NCP 5434 PAI517
3)PS35H 7AACTO8
4)LM393 PEED
I CAN BARRELY SEE THOSE NUMBER so mistake is possible
IN SAME CHIP I CANT EVEN READ
AS I SAYED I WILL POST THE VOLTAGE RESULT AS SOON AS I WILL BE HOME

update i just check this chip NCP 5434 PAI517
and here is the voltage result
in the upper side here is the 2d and 3d voltage:
2D ---- 3D
1) 1.88 --- 2.63
2) 9.92 --- 9.78
3) 0.03 --- 0.02
4) 17.85--- 17.90
5)1.26 --- 1.49
6)1.26 --- 1.49
7)1.03 --- 1.04
8)1.42 --- 1.44
in the lower side here is the 2d and 3d voltage:
1)7.28 --- 6.97
2)6.34 -- 6.20
3)11.98 -- 11.97
4)1.03 -- 1.05
5)1.26 -- 1.49
6)1.03-- 1.04
7)1.02-- 1.04
8)1.50-- 1.51
i can see here clear the 2d and 3d voltage of the video card (2d:1.26v) (3d:1.49v)
here i need your help to volt mod the video card
i have also checked LM393 PEED
and here is the voltage result :
upper side 2d mode
12.33
6.53
3.34
3.91
lower side 2d mode
6.53
3.34
8.25
0.02
i cant see any voltage near 1.26 or 2v for the memory voltage or gpu so i dont think that this the chip for the mode but who know maybe be u :)
waiting for help thanks

Good measurements, it was a clever idea to measure 2d/3d cases

I'll try check out the data and post later.....

Sorry, this takes time - little bit busy ;)

You mentioned the code is "NCP 5434" are you sure it is not "NCP 5424" ???
About voltages are you sure the voltages:
1) 1.88 --- 2.63
2) 9.92 --- 9.78
3) 0.03 --- 0.02
4) 17.85--- 17.90
5)1.26 --- 1.49
6)1.26 --- 1.49
7)1.03 --- 1.04
8)1.42 --- 1.44
.. are UPPER side and not DOWN side, when using oriention taken from my figure ?

welcome back :p:
oups this is the NCP 5424
yeah i am pretty sure about the voltage
here is a pic with numbred pin

the cool think that this card is watercooled know but it still crapping out@ 550/1070 stable more will get some artifact :slapass:
with air cooling i had the same result but with higher load idle temp
air 55idle/85 load
water 42idle/55c load
i dont think that the temp is holding the card the volage may be so let s see

The chip is clear now: in my figure the chip was upside down, and therefore I was confused about voltages

I am (also) quite sure NCP 5424 is generating Vcore, but I am not sure yet how to modify because it has two output channels. There is another chip below 6600, do you have any idea what is it ? Maybe NCP 5424 generates core voltage also to that one ?
Anyway, I propose the nodes shown in figure below might have Vcore and Vmem voltages. Could you verify that ? Is is more easy (usually) to measure bottom side, so try to find before the same nodes in the other side..
http://img444.imageshack.us/img444/1919/palit6600gtagpscanfront6ddedit.th.jpg (http://img444.imageshack.us/my.php?image=palit6600gtagpscanfront6ddedit.jpg)
If the Vmem is correct then "1575" generates Vmem, and in that case could you measure following pins of that chip:
http://img283.imageshack.us/img283/4492/palit6600gtagpscanback7iwedit2.th.jpg (http://img283.imageshack.us/my.php?image=palit6600gtagpscanback7iwedit2.jpg)
Could you also provide label codes of the capacitors in the proposed Vmem node ?
