That's right.
For me, de first Celeron in a cybercafe. Really slow, slow slow slow!! you needed 5 minutes to change from paint to IE, and viceversa.
Celeron never more.

Hmmmm....
Well all the older CPUs are going to be slowest, but I would have to say the AMDXP 2100+.
It was good enough for stock speed, but it was hot and didn't overclock at all (but that could have been the board).
My AMD64 3000+ Winchester was pretty bad in terms of overclocking, but again that was decent at stock, and up to 2.2Ghz.
My BEST cpu has to be my current Venice. :D

I had one of those defective K6s. (I acctually bought it because it was defective and I had never seen one before)
I had a mechanical sample 3.2 Gallatin that did around 2.6GHz with R404.
I had a 3000+ Barton that would never boot with more than 1.4V
A 1.13GHz retail Coppermine that didn't want to break ~1050MHz.
I think that's all of it.

Pentium 4 B 3.06ghz...Definitely the worst chip I ever owned. Thing ran hot, even under an xp-90, would barely budge an inch on overclocking(it *barely* benched at 3.12), and got smoked by it's replacement(a 2.6C) at stock(the 2.6c also oc'ed 200mhz higher!)! It's *THE* chip that made me go A64, and unless conroe is gold, I'm not going back to intel for a long long time.

I had a Cyrix 150+. It ran far too hot, even at stock speeds, and after a few months the L2 cache burnt out and the chip would only run for 2 minutes at most unless I disabled the L2 in the BIOS. Never again.

Dual P3 (1x 450 and 1x 500). The system behaved VERY odd, windows and quake engine games worked in SMP. Nothing else. But as any dual user know.. the same speed on both CPU's will solve the problem.
The K6's are the slowest I've ever been using. Glad I never owned one.

AMD K6 233mhz. Couldn't listen to music without stutters when I was browsing the web :(
I think it has 32KB L2 cache, LOL.

my first CPU; an athlon xp 2200+ T'Bred A, that need 2v for 2.2ghz. I then moved to an 1800 DLT3c that did 2.5ghz with 1.7v, that was far more like it.
