Total noob question I am just getting into overclocking video cards and cpu's but can anyone tell me how to view my CPU information like this.

Ok I just figured out that it is a program now my next question. What tools can I use to overclock my processor?

I am a total noob from what I am reading it is saying that the bios of the cpu is the best tool to over clock it? How can I access the bios?

Yep, use BIOS for basic OC and test stability ith OCCT, spi32m, prime, and lots of gaming hours.
For MAX clocks or suiside screens use Clockgen.

A good start might be to read the stickies in the various sections, or use the search tool here. I'm sure you'll find all the necessary answers in no time.

Master X, when you're done reading around for the basics, an app called Systool (in conjunction with loosened BIOS settings) is very good for playing around finding your max overclocks for various components.

your bios controls your mobo if you havnt already figured that out, and i consider it the best thing to use in terms of long term stability
