I had to slightly modify it as some "extra something" was needed at the bottom to fill additional space ;)

Most of the "blur effect" on the blow up is caused by the level of compression applied to the original file. It can be sharpened a bit but it's not gonna look any better than that, I'm affraid. For 200% enlargement from a pretty highly compressed JPEG, it's actually not too bad, I would say ;)
