water chiller from an ac

hi everyone i was wounderin what i would need form an ac unit to make a water chiller and what i need that isnt in th ac.what would i use to get the freon out of the ac unit while i work on it or dont i need to do that. .any help would be graet sence this is my frist project and i want it to cool my video card and cpu.thanks

does anyone know of someone that if i send them my ac unit will make it a water chiller for me.thanks.its just i dont have the right toolosto do it and i dont have the money to by one premade.
