first: I know that the pc-dl undervolts almost everything.
second the chips that i am running now are 1.525 v , after u-wire they show 1.47 to 1.49 under load and in bios. Cant remember what is was without u-wire :( . I am supposed to get 1.550 v with this u-wire mod.
My 12v shows 11.61 under load, could this be affecting my vcore?
Can anyone send a link to a site for vcore boost on these without insulating a pin? Or how to insulate pin fairly easily?

Why don't you just u-wire for 1.6V?http://www.ctechnet.com/hardware/Asus/PC-DL/xeon604_vcore_uwire_mod.htm
or else do the Vcore mod:

In the ctechnet page (I did the mod in firure #6) figure #7, it shows it used for 1.5v xeon, mine is 1.525v. I will try it if you say it works and wont fry anything. :D

No, you should refer to figure #8.
