My Geil ONE TCCD stock timing is DDR 600 CAS 2.5-4-4-7 (300mhz) I'm running them at 270mhz and can't get those timings without errors in memtest. What should I do?

test each stick individually
could be a bad memorystick or memcontroller holding you back

Fatal1ty have big problems with more type ram.
set vmem a 2.8v -2.85v
