Has my Venice 0519 reached its limits?

I need someone to confirm that my CPU has reached it's limit at 2.4GHz :\, cause I cant seem to get any higher.

Current bios settings:

300x8 = 2400MHz
LDT x3
1.475v + 0.2v Vcore (1.53V actual cuz this board undervolts)
1.85 Vdd
1.5 VAgp
2.6 Vdimm (2.68V actual cuz this board overvolts)
3:2 divider
2-2-5-2-2T (1T unstable no matter what)

This is stable on Memtest for few rounds, stable on Prime95 for 8 hours, and stable in a few 3D games I played.. so I assume it's stable even though I haven't done extensive testing..

I want to hit at least 2.6-2.7GHz and I tried everything already.. Changed Vcore to 1.55v + 0.2v (1.65V actual), tried 300x9=2700MHz but it still wouldnt work.. Tried 250x10, 260x10, 270x10, but PC wouldnt even boot.... I mean, what else can I do? I even tried latest bios 824 but that bios is VERY unstable so I converted back to 711.

Ideas?

use a larger divider ddr450@ 2.6v 2-2-2-5 is pushing it I think.
Temps?

Ok, good news.......240*10 works LOL..

But on similar settings:

240*10 = 2400MHz
LDT x3
1.525v + 0.2v Vcore (1.59V actual cuz this board undervolts)
1.85 Vdd
1.5 VAgp
2.8 Vdimm (2.88V actual cuz this board overvolts)
1:1 divider
2.5-3-8-3-2T (1T unstable no matter what)

:\

Bad news.

I tried 246x10 and it wouldnt even post, not even with 1.67Vcore of real voltage.. this CPU has officially crapped out on me.. guy who used it before told me his limit was 2.45GHz.. guess he wasnt lying :\

sell it, next one - that's life :D
(and why the hell you're buying such bad pretested? buy new ones or just those ones tested on another cooling you're using (but >2.7GHZ only -.-) - this is making it funny ;) ) even both of my newcastles got that on air - you've really a bad one....better luck next time :)
