That's probably about right using the Intel stock heatsink. I have a similarly thermal rated processor, and using a Zalman 7700Cu CPU cooler w/ Arctic Silver 5 thermal paste I'm still hitting 59-60 on full load (though of course room temp makes a difference).
If you're inclined to reduce these temperatures to help increase overclock potential, I suggest the following (in order):
1. Cut that steel mesh that's in front of your fan out with some wire snips. Wire mesh is airflow restrictive and helps generate noise. Looking at the bottom picture of your two rear LED fans, I doubly suggest it there. By the looks of it there's more steel than hole behind them, and that's going to sorely hurt their ability to cool your system.
2. Rip off that Intel heatsink and replace it with something like a Big Typhoon cooler or an XP-90c.
3. Replace your spiffy LED case fans with something with a little more air flow. I'm going to suggest some Vantec thermoflow or stealth fans (tornados if you can stand the noise), but I'm sure there are people here who could suggest some much better Panaflow or equivalent fans.
4. Consider putting in intake fans as well.
In that order because: i'm sure your case temp is pretty toasty, so a better CPU heatsink wouldn't help that much until you get at least better basic airflow (which you get by cutting out that mostly steel grate). From there, 2/3 are pretty much interchangable in my mind..

and it can have 4 more coolling fans from under were my hdd go what do you guys remmnnd
and what way should each fan be facing for a cooling sytem

Front fans = Intake
Rear fans = Output
Side fan = (optional, system dependant)
Though I still say that breaking out some tin snips and maybe a file on the metal plate behind your rear fans would help a _lot_. You can run a system with a lot of output fans without any input fans, but not the other way around.
