ok im new here and signed up because i need help hope you all are clever

ok my problem is i bought a new mobo (ASUS K8N4-E Deluxe) and a new gfx card (BFG GeForce 7800 GT) and new psu (hiper 580W Type - R)

ok i set everything up and then put my windows disk in to format my hdd and it does all the checks etc at the bottom and just before going into the partition screen were it says setup is starting windows, the blue screen comes up
" *** STOP: 0x0000007B (0xF78D663C, 0x0000034, 0x00000000, 0x00000000) "

bunged the error code into microsoft support site and all i can make from what its saying is press F6 when it is doing all the crap at the bottom just before you go into the partition screen, it says "Press F6 if you have to install a third-party SCSI or RAID driver" but ive tried and it doesnt seem to work, btw i have a copied version of windows

feedback is most appreciated,
thanks andy :)

I'm going to go out on a limb and say that either you got a bad copy of Windos or your hard drive doesn't want to play ball. I wouldn't worry about it being your mobo or graphics card. While it's clearly a memory addressing error, I don't feel that address looks much like a RAM error... so, yeah... hard drive or OS. If you're looking to install this version of windows over an older version, perhaps consider using the checkdisk utility.
