It did... I was going about maybe 3/5ths speed in a hummer and nailed a dude directly and didn't even kill the bastard.

It is by far more difficult to kill someone on accident unless you are going top speed and they are right in fornt of you. As a bonus I haven't killed myself getting out of a vehicle recently!!!
