I'm looking for a front panel to connect to my Audigy2 sound card so I can use that for headphones and mic.

This is the only one that I could find: SunbeamTech SP-BA 20 in 1 Superior Panel (http://www.zipzoomfly.com/jsp/ProductDetail.jsp?ProductCode=372739)

Any suggestions?

Apparently you already found it! I'd also try to find used Audigy Front panels from Audigy Pro version (without the soundcard) somebody has to sell those as replacement parts. Try calling/e-mailing Creative or E-bay.
