BF2 wont open...

Well, i recently aquired BF2, installed, restarted. I try to start BF2 and it goes full screen and blacks like a normal game, except then it goes to a small black window then closes out. Anyone know how to fix this?

Probably trying to open in a resolution not supported by your monitor??

edit the shortcut to "+fullscreen 0" to see if it will work in windowed mode

if it werx, change to a resolution you can play and put the shortcut back to "+fullscreen 1"
