How would this Overclock?

How would this Overclock? I'm almost done setting things up, I just want some feedback on what you guys think is possible.

CPU : Athlon 64 X2 3800+

MOBO:MSI K8N NEO4-F nForce4

Cooling: Cooler Master CPU Liquid Cooling System - AQUAGATE Mini

I'm hoping to reach 2.4 - 2.7 Ghz. This is the first real machine I plan to overclock and use (I overclocked an old desktop by 100 mhz for 3 minutes)

I think the general consensus here is that DFI mobo's are better OCers than MSI boards, but for a mild overslock like that you should be fine. The mini Aquagate is ok, A thermaltake Big Thypoon or Zalman 9500 probably has about the same cooling ability and might be cheaper (did/are you going to get the R90 or R120, The R120 would probably be a beter choice). Getting a stable OC of 2.4-2.7 out of a 3800+ probably won't be hard, but it is really luck of the draw.

Sadly, it's the R80 :( Is there really a big difference?
