status quo on Intel vs. AMD OC?

I have seen enough benchmarks with AMD pulling ahead in games. But with a decent WC rig like H20 APEX, how does OC'd AMD processor compare to OC'd Intel?

well normally I see intels hitting 4ghz on air, and some mid 4s and low 5s with chilled water and water. AMds I have seen hitting 2.6-2.8 on air, some 3.0. But nevertheless it seems like AMD always pulls head of the intels no matter what
