I have a brand new AN8 ULTRA board with Q-OTES.
My concern is that the chipset (nforce4 mcp) is running very hot, i put my finger on it and it's hot as hell.
the problem is that Q-OTES works only if the board is in normal position not upside down like in my case (cause case is build to mount mb upside down, enermax blue viper).
Heat doesn't rise the heatpipe and it's cumulated just on the heatsink and it burns like hell.
is there a way i can cool it down, cause my pc freezes.
any alternatives for this? maybe mount an 40mm fan? or what efficient heasinks coolers are other there.
