Anyone tried this yet with SLI?

Has anyone pushed their non SLI spec psu to the max and used it with SLI? I'e a psu with one pcie connector and maybe not the "required" amps on the 12v?

What about one of the SLI'd cards using the pcie connector and the other using a 4 pin to pcie connector? Possible?

Sure you can use a 4pin > pci-e adapter if your PSU only has one pci-e connecter, but running the psu over its spec i would not recommend (though its hard to do if you have a decent psu ;)).
