QUICK How to identify video card

helpin a friend thru aim, hes getting lag when he scrolls in IE, vid card drivers not installed, and sisoft sandra doesnt know what it is.
how cna he find out what his card is so he can get drivers
windows cant find any drivers on its own

Pop open the case, pull the card, write down any identifying information, and start googling...

Sandra has gone down hill in the past few years. Try Everest Home Edition or PC Wizard and see what it says.
