.... As a measurement? Is it each ping/tracert packet recieved/sent or each sucessful reply?

So I have two Virtual Machines running on the same system that were configured exactly the same. One gets about 6,000+ points a day and the other only 4,000. Any idea why it would be different? Thanks.

Mine are the same, really not sure how that works! The main machine seems to score slightly better than the virtual. Thinking maybe it has summit to do with machine specs? My agent_2 is running on the home machine (1.33 t/bird) and it scores much lower than the other nodes, despite being on a 1mb connection of its own...
