1800 vs 2100

Hey, I have an 1800 unlocked and a 2100 locked, I'm having a hard time unlocking the 2100 because I dont want to have to cut any bridges.

I have the nf2 mobo and 2 256meg sticks of ddr400. I was wondering which would be the better, faster system the 2100 with the locked multiplier or the 1800 with an unlocked multiplier?

which one can you overclock higher? if you can hit the same overall speeds with the xp1800, you could run it at a higher fsb because it's unlocked.
