chipped about a billionth of a millimeter off it while reseating heatsink :(

Now artifacts and just loses signal on booting into windows :'(

Expensive hobby for a 15 year old who gets nothing by birthday/ christmas money :(

don't want to ask parents for a new one either...they've already replaced 2 PSU's and a 2 motherboards :/

my little business venture isn't going to plan as well so i'm kinda not over here :(

currently using a Geforce Vanta
16mb 8bit memory
100mhz core
125 mhz mem :(
I'll run benchmarks if anyone wants lol

eh...

the warranty is about 11000 miles away

and voided by removal of heatsink, volt mod and everything you could think of

i think they'd notice a blue cermet thing super glued to the PCB don't ya think? :P

that comment you made could easily have been a joke as well...

Well if you have no way to replace the card why the hell did you make it non rmable? Volt modding would have eventually killed the card as well. Usually that is done when you can purchase another one...

If you know that you don't get any christmas money, birthday money (what I find very hard to believe) I would be so so so carefull with my stuff.

Nasty, what can I say...I recently replaced my old P4 2.4C with an A64 and paid through the nose to do it, so I know how you're feeling :( Paid through the nose not because the prices were high...but because I sold my P4 very cheap for what it was capable of and also because money is scarce sometimes...especially when you're attending a university :(
BUT....I have good friends and they helped me...Sometimes it is so nice, as they don't ask anything in return...Parents? If you say they replaced 2 motherboards and 2 PSUs...Jesus, what can I say? Stick to your MX440. I also used for a couple of months a MSI GeForce2 Pro to play Prince of Persia Warrior Within. Not good, but when you're in danger of using a PCI 1Mb Video Card, a GF2Pro with 64Mb DDR is Heaven on Earth :D

Keep it cool, you'll get over it ;) And next time you're thinking about the thrill, save some money first ;)
