No RPM readings with my Aerogate 3 and Panaflo M1A 120mm..help~~

I can't figure out why there is no RPM readings on my Aerogate 3 with Panaflo M1A 120mm fans.
Can someone help me out or explain to me why there is no RPM reading? (my Aerogate just shows 0000RPM)

FS INfo > Fan 1/2/3/4. Wont show?

Well, when I hook up other fans, Aerogate shows the RPMs but just these two Panaflo M1A 120mm fans won't show RPM just shows as "0000 RPM" on the readings.
What could be wrong?

Just don't bother. You really shouldn't use the mobo headers.

Well, I am not quite sure about "You really shouldn't use the mobo headers" (sorry I am a noob here) but I think I can just use these fans as I can control the fan speeds. Just that I can't get the RPMs to show so I know what RPM the fans are running.
I can check the fans by hearing its spinning sounds but that's just bothering since I should be able to see the RPM thru the Aerogate that I bought.
Well it's just that when something is supposed be working then it doesn't...bothers me!
Anyways, so there is no fix for this kind of problem?

So you're reading the RPMs though some external device? I didn't know a computer company would take such initiative and make one.

Yes... I am using Aerogate 3 (http://www.coolermaster.com/index.php?LT=english&Language_s=2&url_place=product&p_serial=ALD-V03&other_title=+ALD-V03+Aerogate%20III) from Coolermaster.
Anyone has any idea why these Panaflo M1A fans wont' read the RPMs with Aerogate??

I have three wires, black,red, and yellow.
It's weird that I couldn't get RPM readings from Panaflo M1A fans...hmm
Anyone got any ideas??
