Both AMD and Gigabyte say that this mobo will support the XP2400 @ a 15x multi

My question is HOW when the DIP switches only go to 12.5?

I have looked at both AMD and Gigabytes websites and can find no more info about how to get the multi to 15.

Can anyone help me with this?

I have had the Gigabyte GA7VAX for a couple of weeks now, with my XP2400 it runs at 15x multi at 133fsb. All Tbred B's are supposed to be unlocked, but the Vax cannot unlock tbred B's unless you join the L3 5th bridge.
You can only get multi's upto 12.5 using the dip, you cannot select 13 or 15etc.
When i put in my tbred A rirga 1800xp the board can unlock it and is fine to run at 200x9 with the UDMA settings off in bios and in windowsXP.
I will be unlocking my Tbred B this weekend with the pin mod, hoping to get 11x200 with my Coolermaster HCC02 with 7k Delta fan.
This motherboard is really stable and is great value.

my setup
Gigabyte GA7VAX, F6 bios
