upgrade

Hello everyone this is my first post on this forum..

Iam upgrading from a amd athlon xp 2100+ at 1.74 ghz and iam wanting to upgrade to this. http://www.tigerdirect.ca/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=1538023&sku=MBM-KU8-2800S

Will i see a big difference in FPS when i play bf2 and counter strike source?

the rest of my pc is:
Radeon 9600XT all-in-wonder :)
512 mg of ram :|
40 gig hard drive :(

well im no expert but if thats a rev E core then should be good to overclock to 2.2+, and that will gain you quite a few fps :) as well as being 64bit
