VCore problems with Neo2 Plat

I have a 4400+ and a Neo2 Plat mobo. I have the latest bios also. In the bios the highest Vcore setting is 1.550 and then the next setting I put it at +10%. When I check CPU-Z it shows that the Vcore is only 1.580. I see other people have higher Vcore with the same board so what am I doing wrong to only get 1.580? My OC is 11X250 and I have Crucial Ballistix 2X1gig and I have the timings relaxed to 3-4-4-9 at 1T with vdimm at 2.80. I can run 1M SuperPi and get a time of 30sec but Prime95 fails instantly. Thanks.

Have you maxed out the Ram voltage yet?

Yes I just checked the BIOS and the vdimm is at 2.85. I had to lower to 245X11 and Prime95 didn't fail right away this time. Later tonight I'll let it run all night. But back to the main problem, how come I can't get over 1.58 Vcore?
