Okay, I have mushkin 4000 redline. I have found my max fsb of 320 using a x9 multi and capped at 1.6 vcore. Today I started working on my ram, I have had nothing but one problem after another. First, I got the ram up to 265 3.4v, and it was stable using the 704-2bta bios. Then I proceeded to go for 270, at that time when I rebooted the computer I got a black screen and could not get to bios. Sometimes I can manually power off the computer or press restart a couple times and I will boot. If that doesn't work I have had to clear cmos twice. When I am able to get back in an the computer finally boots I go to bios and it seems no matter what settings I put the problem will still happen. At first I thought it was my raid0 with the 2 300gig maxtors, so I uninstalled the raid, reformatted both 300gigs and installed windows again. Fortunately, I was able to install windows and use the computer for a few minutes. Then I started to start tweaking the ram again the settings I have used are as follows.

250fsb
ldt/fsb x3
cpu/fsb x9
vcore 1.6
ldt voltage 1.3
chipset voltage 1.7
dram voltage 3.2, also tried 3.4, and 3.5
1/1 ratio
cpc enabled
tcl 2
trcd 2
tras tried 6 and 5
trp 2
trc, trfc, trrd, twr, twtr, trwt I have tried auto and 2 for all of them

Alot of my problems seem to also come when I try to exit memtest too. My last restart I was using memtest running test 5,6, and 8. After finding an error in test 6 I tried hitting escape to reboot but nothing happened kept getting black blotches on the screen from hitting escape. So I had to manually press restart then that is when my computer again went to black screen and wouldnt boot up.
