I have a budget of 1300 and I'm getting a case:....
2gigs ram
mobo:dfi
Processor: X2 3800+
Monitor: ....crt somthing..........? donno
So which one should i get? I mean they don't seem to have a huge difference in clock speed, but i'm not sure!? What should i get?

because its a cheaper card by about 100 bucks.....
And because I'm on a budget...:\
I just don't know:(
Any other reason?

clock speed is the less important thing
6800gt 16 pipes 7800gt 20 so huge difference

So it would be a good investment to get that card instead? And then get a X2 3800+ instead of the Toledo 4400+...?
