The only info I have at the moment is what is printed on the top:
425
SVP
560
10
It is a barrel shaped aluminum Electrolytic with a purple stripe on the side of the top

where do I get the capacitor?

Thanks

Does your 6800-card look like this one ?

.. in this design 'purple' capacitors are Sanyo SVP (os-con) capacitors.

I had that happen to my X850 and I soldered legs onto the cap that broke off and then resoldered it to the card. Worked like a charm.

10v 560microfarads (maybe 425, but i'd use a 560 just in case, since if its a 560 and you use a 425, it probably wont work whereas if its a 425 adn you use a 560, you're ok 99% of the time). you coud use a 16v cap if you cant find a 10, it wont hurt.
