No 3D speed option in 6800??

I just bought a second hand eVGA 6800 Limited Edition card and when I install it in a new system build with a MSI K8N NEO2 I have no options between 2D and 3D speeds. I`ve reformated twice now with the same results, I run 01 and sometimes get a stutter in the first test, so I figure I`ll turn the core speed down a bit to see if it stops, so I load coolbits, but it only showes 1 speed, no option to pick 2D or 3D, and the RivaTuner with the same results.
I`ve tryed a couple diffrent sets of drivers from currant back to the 66.xx . Thanks for any ideas..

every other NVidia card I have also looks like that with diffrent 2 and 3D speed options.
Not sure what`s up, maybe the BIOS got flashed or something on this card??
How would I check?? This is one of those 6800 cards that sold on newegg for like 2 weeks, suppost to have the Ultra memory but the GT core or something...it has the two molex connecters too.
