been having alot of problems lately with a favorite local website getting hacked some how, i dont have details of exactly how they keep getting in but i was wondering what are some good security programs or steps to keep these people out.

One of my favourite low maintenace solutions is to put up a Novell reverse proxy server in front of the web server in question. It's tough to hack a certified firwewall of that caliber... though basic security flaws in the program running the forum/site cannot be fixed that way...
