Right now my computer is using four HDD. i have 10gigs for my windows which is the c: partition. On the other 3 drives i have my programs and data. No programs are ever installed on my C: drive. Is there a way to format my C: drive which has windows and not have to reinstall my programs that are associated with windows? Would i have to reinstall all my programs again?

Thank You

you can install windows over windows. that will refresh all the windows files and keep the programs..

i wouldnt do that tho. i would backup all your files, and do a full format especially if you havent formatted in the past year.
