I have searched these forums trying to find out some information about my PNY Nvidia 6200 AGP . I have read a lot about the A2 and A3 cores having unlockable pipes, and the A4's do not. According to Rivatuner, I have an A1 core  . I can't seem to find out anything about them. Could someone let me know if I can unlock the pipes ( i tried using rivatuner, but it didn't work) or flash the BIOS to OC it ,since my 5700ultra scores much higher on Aquamark than this thing? I bought this card on ebay for like $35.00 so frying it would not kill me. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

If you have a spare pci card lying around you can always flash the card to 6600 and if it doesnt work with the new bios you can just pop in the pci card and flash it back. I do it all the time with my 5900xt.

So- is flashing the BIOS the only way to go here, or can I get these pipes unlocked without the flash? Or do I have to flash the BIOS to get the option to unlock them? Anyway....yes, I do have an old PCI card here.

in rivatuner you should be able to unlock the pipes
