Hey guys:)


I was just benching my FX and X850XTPE on my waterchiller. Water at 0 degrees:) Anybody gotten higher on water single card??? :)

Thank you kIngpIn :toast: :) I´m hoping for some 12x275 action for next water bench. should be able to hit 41.5k with some more ram and GFX power:) but i´m busy with testing ram for our next VAPO bench, so i will put my energi to that now. I need a better PSU for next bench. my 520w ocz just dont cut it at those speeds:(

My gfx will go to 745 1.7v on the core when the water gets realy cold. i will try another run tonight:) going for 42k on water :D

And i have to do the OVP mod tonight for higher gfx clocks...

I know that GazC here from XS got the watercooled WR single card with 394xx some time ago. but i did not see any WC score that beat this one. anyway..it does not matter to me if it is the WR or not.....just enjoying this hole waterbench thing. Soon we are ready with some new "gear" for some more serious benching:) We are going for 44k with a x850XTPE.....some DICE on this FX, and some - degrees on gfx hopefully will do it:)

If WB means Waterblock (?), its a Swiftech :) Using a Swiftech pump as well....

I have a little when i ran the gfx at 730 with 1.7v in Nature. but not much. if i push the core to 1.72 i can run it arti free :)

whats the card frequency for the 41k run? It seems a tad slow in nature compared to my best x800xt@ 690/670.

Ill start a new sesion in 10 daays. A 780ES/GD1 and a BBA x850.Should be funny and i need some competition. Best of Intel vs AMD with same GFX and almost same cooling (cold air).Do your best,mate :)

Its 729/657 tight timings on gfx ram (see screenshot in answer #10). yes...the x850 is a little slower in 3d01 than the x800. i run with the tightest timings posible for this card:)

Cant wait to you get up and running. Gonna be fun :toast:

Water was 0 degrees on the 41.3 run:) the 407xx was water at 12 degrees


Here is another update on 3d01, spi 1m, hexus pifast and max SS:) water 0 degrees (coldest posible on this chiller)

so with my cold air (-1C from an AC unit) will be a fair try.IF i will get a 3.15G benchable from this dottie im ready to give you some competition :) Anyway,it will be close.

yes...it will 100% fair game then:) sorry..i dont own a digicam anymore :slapass: i will try and borrow one to take some pics:)

hehe...i´m only 700 marks after my Vapo LS result at 3528 mhz :p: i will have to do something about that soon:) :D

I'm not overclocking at the moment, I might come back with something in the new year. The hardware race has got a little too silly at the moment and I want to see if things are going to settle down a bit before I start shelling out anymore money!

I might not even overclock again for a while, I've started getting back into "overclocking" cars instead :cool:

I improved my score. With a better CL i could have had 42k:) I think my gfx was the bottleneck, course after i pushed the card to 742/660 nature went nuts :) Water temp still 0 degrees. cpu at 3368 13x259

And I managed to get 17775 in 03:) strange enough i cant run 03 over 3250mhz on the CPU:(
