How to configure firewall?

I use zone alarm how do I configure it to allow DIMES to work?

Free version:
Put the Internet Zone Security slider to Medium. And configure DIMES to use UDP.
Pro version:
I know that there is an option you have to check at Firewall>Advanced.

It was working fine yesterday but now my firewall blocks it what should I do?

Under Program Control>Programs, make sure that Dimes is checked all the way through with the green checkmarks, both at Access and Server, Firewall slider to Medium, Dimes set to use ICMP - works for me...
