One of those things I've been looking for and finally found one in the UK for a decent price :D

Should do the job, and it's brand new. Someone must have had it on the shelf a while, with the new series out now? I'll need to find a decent supplier for thermocouples here in the UK, or just order 'em from somewhere in the US, as they're way less cost-wise there.

Anyways, now it's just a load block I need to get ahold of and I'm pretty much as equipped as I need to be for now.

I just hope Mr. Placebo get's that fancy tester out pretty soon :toast: Would make a lurvly addition to the 'arsenal' :woot:

Is the probe you got with the fluke not good or so? just look @ youre local electrician store or depot, they have it.

Oh that probe's just fine, but I'd really like to install a permanent probe on both HX and evap head of the Cascade, so will need probes for those.

It's just so stupidly expensive for most things in the UK, likely because of the comparitively small refrigeration industry out here.

I was just using my dvm's temp probe and while it's reasonably accurate  it's just nice to have something that I can count on.

Well if you order directly from fluke the price will be 21 euro per probe

Not to sound cheap or anything, but after hearing Stockhatch say he'd ordered 3 K probes for $9 each(£5) I think I'll have a good look around before I start buying more probes :D
